You can withdraw your claim by following these steps:
1. View the Order Summary in "Your Account" 
2.On the order summary page, click "Problem with this order?"
3.Click "Withdraw claim."
4.Follow the prompts to explain withdrawal, and click "Withdraw claim" to complete request.
